Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive - Field Sales will be responsible for promoting and selling US Accounting Coach courses in the Ahmedabad area. The role involves direct field engagement with potential students, generating leads through door-to-door sales, canopies, or other field activities, and transferring the collected leads to the office team for follow-up and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door marketing and canopy-based promotions in Ahmedabad.
- Promote and sell US Accounting Coach courses directly to potential students.
- Generate leads through field interactions, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and promptly transfer them to the office team.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback on market trends,
competitor activities, and student preferences.
- Maintain a professional image and represent US Accounting Coach ethically in the field.
Work Schedule
- 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (including lunch/tea breaks as per company policy)
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary up to ₹20,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives may be provided for exceeding sales targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable with field work and travel within Ahmedabad
- Ability to maintain accurate records and report leads promptly
Reporting
- Reports to: Sales/Marketing Manager
- Transfers all collected leads directly to the office team for follow-up
