Position: English Communication Teacher
Location: Siddhantam Heritage School, Ghaziabad

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching and training experience
(Experience with primary to middle school students will be an added advantage)

Qualification:
Master’s degree in English (M.A. English) / Communication Studies
B.Ed (preferred)
Additional certification in Communication Skills, Soft Skills, or Language Training will be an advantage

Strong academic background with proven expertise in English language and communication

Role & Responsibilities:
Design and develop a structured, age-appropriate English communication curriculum
Train students in spoken English, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar usage, and fluency
Focus on confidence-building, public speaking, presentations, debates, and everyday communication
Conduct interactive activities such as role-plays, storytelling, group discussions, and presentations




Assess student progress and continuously refine teaching strategies

Requirements:
Excellent command over spoken and written English
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge preferred)
Energetic, confident, and inspiring teaching personality
Ability to engage students and create a language-rich learning environment
Robust classroom management and mentoring skills
Experience working with smart boards, audio-visual tools, and activity-based learning methods
Preferably trained in child psychology, child safety, or first-aid

Salary:
As per market standards and based on qualification and experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
