We are currently hiring a Machine Helper to support our machine operators in ensuring smooth and continuous plant operations. This is a hands-on role suitable for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the machine operator in daily operations of the plant.
- Ensure the machine is constantly supplied with sufficient pellets.
- Change paper rolls required for yarn spinning.
- Perform basic support tasks as required to maintain consistent production flow.
- Follow safety and operational guidelines at all times.

Working hours:
- Shift Duration: 12 hours per day
- Work Schedule: 30 days per month (No holidays)
- Must be physically fit and willing to work extended hours if needed.

Requirements:
- No prior experience required - training will be provided on-site
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
