Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, etc.)
- Support doctors and nurses during critical procedures
- Monitor and record patient vitals as directed by nursing staff
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and biomedical waste management protocols
- Maintain ICU inventory and equipment logs
- Respond promptly to emergency situations
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of ICU beds and equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation as per NABH standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in ICU Technology / Critical Care Technology or related field
- Basic knowledge of ventilator management and life-support equipment
- Understanding of infection control practices
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Calm and efficient in high-pressure situations
