Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest communication via calls, messages, and internal communication groups
- Respond to booking related inquiries and assist guests with necessary information
- Follow up with guests to confirm bookings and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams and service partners for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings
- Support daily sales coordination and reporting tasks
- Resolve guest queries in a timely and skilled manner
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Eligibility and Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or hospitality is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Comfortable with phone based communication and follow ups
