SaltBuzz, along with its parent organization RSC Group (steel trading & manufacturing), is seeking a senior, hands-on Head of Marketing & PR to lead end-to-end marketing, branding, and public relations. This role will drive visibility, credibility, and thought leadership across digital platforms, media, and industry forums.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing & branding strategies for SaltBuzz and RSC Group
- Manage digital marketing and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Lead PR and media relations; handle press releases and media coverage
- Manage awards, industry events, conclaves, and brand representation
- Build corporate and leadership branding
- Oversee agencies, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional coordination

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding & PR (B2B preferred)
- Robust expertise in digital marketing, social media, and PR
- Experience with industrial/manufacturing brands is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to independently own and execute the function

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
