PRT English Teacher (Accommodation Provided)

Role Summary

The PRT English Teacher is responsible for teaching English language and literature to primary classes (Grades I-V), developing students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through engaging and age-appropriate methods.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to Classes I-V as per the prescribed curriculum
- Develop foundational skills in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and spoken English
- Plan and deliver interactive, activity-based lessons
- Use stories, rhymes, role-play, worksheets, and digital tools effectively
- Assess students through classwork, assignments, and periodic evaluations
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports
- Encourage positive communication skills and confidence in students
- Ensure classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs

Required Qualifications
- CTET / State TET qualification (preferred/mandatory as per school policy)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
