Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 23 years
- Qualification:
- 10th Pass + ITI (Any 2-year trade) OR:
- 12th Pass
- Minimum Marks: 45% - 50% and above
- Gender: Male / Female
- Experience: Fresher
- 8 hours shop-floor work
- 2 hours Diploma / technical classes (daily)
- Shifts: 3 rotational shifts
- Job Nature: Plant-based / shop-floor role

Stipend / Compensation
- Basic stipend: ₹14,649 per month
- Attendance allowance: ₹2,500 per month
- Total monthly stipend:₹17,149
