About the Role:
Ogni Capital Partners is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have robust leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for our Investment Banking team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing current and past financial data.




- Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends.
- Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans.
- Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts.
- Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth.
- Responsible for execution and management of research data for multiple business lines.
- Support investment leadership in securing debt arrangements, negotiating purchase agreements, employment agreements and incentive compensation for management teams.
- Work closely with portfolio companies in India to implement our value creation plan.
- Documented business requirements, functional requirements, and business process models for better understanding of the business processes.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis on prospective direct equity investments.
- Assist in preparing Investment Committee papers for and attend Investment Committee
