One must have complete knowledge about the types of skin and skin concerns, products available in the market, practical & theoretical knowledge of different types of make-up (bridal, party, airbrush, glam, prosthetic, red carpet, etc. Basic updo’s & hair styling. Makeup instructor should have positive communication skills.
- Job responsibilities
- Providing practical and theoretical training to the students at the academy regarding different courses.
- Team handling and Team management
- Taking Daily reporting
- Conduct periodical technical evaluation of staff
- Take interviews when hiring makeup artist.
- Visit different branches pan India and analyse the work of the staff
- Coordinate between staff and external training coordinators
- Research about new products in the market
- Provide resolution to any client issues at the salons
- Prepare budget planning for makeup supplies and tools
- Track expenses
- Eligibility - Any person having 5 years + as a hairstylist.
