Job Overview:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients within the assigned unit or department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies in documentation.
- Adherence to Protocols and Procedures:
- Follow established nursing protocols, procedures, and guidelines to provide safe and effective patient care.

Qualifications:
ANM / GNM/BSC NURSING MUST
- Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction.
