Identify potential farmers and organizing farmer into FIGs (The farmers who are interested to use the Climate SMART Agriculture.
- Conduct awareness workshop on Climate SMART Agriculture (CSA) solutions/products.
- Provide valuable quality lead of farmers who wish to take credit support and ready to buy CSA products as per the monthly target shared by the Head office.
- Ensure farmers use the Climate SMART Agriculture Products in their farm land.
- Make daily field visit to mobilize farmers.
