Job Title: Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a polite and professional manner
- Manage reception/front desk operations
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with operations and floor staff for smooth guest flow
- Ensure proper queue management and guest guidance
- Maintain cleanliness and decorum at the reception area
- Follow company SOPs, policies, and shift schedules
- Support in handling customer feedback and basic complaints

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)




- Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage

Shift & Work Details:
- Rotational shifts
- Weekends & holidays as per business requirement
