Position Title: Pre primary Educator

Location: Gurugram

Reports To: Academic Coordinator/ Branch Head

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Implement lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.

Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a well-organized, safe, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and ensure a respectful and cooperative atmosphere.

Assessment and Documentation:
- Observe and assess children's progress and development, using various assessment tools and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's achievements, challenges,



and individual learning needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and provide recommendations for further development.

Parental Involvement:
- Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, encouraging their active participation in their child's education.
- Organize and participate in parent-educator conferences, school events, and workshops to support family engagement.

Career development:
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Health and Safety:
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures, including those related to first aid, emergency response, and sanitation.
