We are hiring a Founders’ Office Associate to work closely with the Head of CX and senior leadership on high-impact customer experience and operational initiatives at UniLiv.
This is a high-ownership, execution-first role for someone who can independently run program governance (PMO), build leadership-ready presentations, and drive closure—not coordination—across teams.

Core Responsibilities1) Program Management / PMO (Execution + Closure)
- Run weekly governance for priority CX and operations initiatives (trackers, owners, timelines, dependencies, risks).
- Drive structured follow-ups and closure across cross-functional teams (Operations, Support, Tech, Housekeeping, Security, F&B;).
- Maintain decision logs, MoMs, action trackers, and escalation notes.
- Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and slippages with transparent leadership updates.
- Ensure on-time delivery with defined accountability and measurable outcomes.
2) Executive Presentations & Strategic Storytelling
- Create leadership-ready decks for:
- CX performance reviews
- Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)
- Program updates
- Partner and internal proposals
- Convert raw, unstructured inputs into sharp narratives:
Problem → Insight → Recommendation → Execution Plan → Impact
- Maintain high slide hygiene: clarity, structure, data storytelling, and crisp language.
