Job description

We're seeking Trainee Medical Coders to join our QA team, where you'll undergo training and be responsible for reviewing patient records, assigning appropriate medical codes, and ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations and billing requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing OASIS forms completed by clinical staff and selecting the most appropriate diagnoses.
- Reviewing documents to ensure accurate and coherent entries in all sections of the OASIS forms.
- Extracting information from medical records and assigning appropriate ICD-10 CM codes.
- Reviewing documentation and providing ICD-10 coding recommendations based on current coding and Oasis guidelines.
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology, human anatomy, diseases, diagnostic methods, and related concepts.:
- Preferably graduates in Nursing or Physiotherapy. Freshers with BSc nursing, BAMS, BPT, and good medical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.:
- Advanced computer skills and effective communication (both verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills,



and logical thinking.

Shift Timing:Day - 8 am to 5 pm.
