Key Responsibilities
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best terms and conditions
- Create and process purchase orders as per approved requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and coordinate with vendors for follow-ups
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and user departments for smooth procurement
- Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or excess inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and audit requirements
- Handle vendor issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
- Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement efficiency
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of purchase procedures, inventory control, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / purchase systems
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
