Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery issues, charging problems, and motherboard-level repairs

Perform software troubleshooting such as OS installation, data backup, and virus removal

Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Ensure timely and high-quality repairs in line with company standards

Handle customer queries related to mobile device issues

Test devices after repairs to ensure proper functionality

Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts

Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques

Qualifications:
Minimum 10th/12th pass; Diploma or ITI in electronics/mobile servicing preferred

Proven experience as a mobile technician or similar role

Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms





Experience with tools such as soldering iron, multimeter, heat gun, etc.

Skills Required:
Good knowledge of mobile hardware and software

Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and accurately

Attention to detail and steady hand for handling small components

Solid communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in mobile repair Experience with brands like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
