Job Title: CRM Account Executive
Location: Nashik

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Entry & Documentation: Accurately record and update sales transactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- GST Working & Compliance: Assist in GST calculations, reconciliations, and filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks for transaction processing, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update records related to customer accounts, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, sales, and legal teams to streamline account-related operations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate periodic sales and financial reports, helping management make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.




- 1-3 years of experience in sales accounting, GST, or financial coordination.
- Strong knowledge of GST regulations, banking processes, and data entry best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and accounting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
