Prototyping & Design Support:
- Assist in designing drone/UAV components using CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
- Operate and maintain 3D printers for rapid prototyping.
- Testing & Validation:
- Conduct stress tests, aerodynamic simulations, and material performance analyses.
- Document test results and collaborate on iterative design improvements.
- Research & Innovation:
- Investigate novel 3D printing materials (e.g., carbon fiber, aerospace-grade alloys).
- Stay updated on industry trends (additive manufacturing, drone regulations).
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with mechanical engineers, aerospace designers, and QA teams to meet project deadlines.
- Participate in client-facing meetings for custom component requirements.
