Role & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents for competitive exams such as CAT, CUET, CLAT, IPMAT
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling
- Customize sales pitches to build trust and long-term relationships
- Coordinate with TPOs and colleges for IT-based education products
- Fix meetings, demos, and presentations with institutional stakeholders
- Maintain records and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve targets as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
- 2+ years experience in education or similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to IT/SaaS education products preferred
- Patient, target-driven, and positive problem-solving skills
