ob Description: System Administrator – Apple & Endpoint Management
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain MacBook inventory using JAMF Pro
Create, deploy, and manage JAMF policies, configuration profiles, scripts, and extension attributes
Provide desktop and endpoint support for macOS users
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding:
User account creation and access provisioning
Access revocation and device deprovisioning
Enforce and manage security controls on endpoints
Monitor endpoint security using tools like:
SentinelOne
Qualys
Assist with audit preparation, including:
Configuration screenshots
Access logs
Security and compliance evidence
Troubleshoot macOS issues related to:
User accounts
FileVault
MDM profiles
Software installations
Hardware issues




Collaborate with IT and Security teams to improve endpoint security and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Support / Endpoint Administrator
Strong hands-on experience with JAMF Pro
Strong understanding of macOS administration
Experience with MDM-based device management
Knowledge of endpoint security tools (SentinelOne, Qualys, or similar)
Good scripting knowledge (Bash preferred).
Positive documentation and communication skills
Good to Have
Experience in Information Security–aligned IT operations
Familiarity with audit and compliance processes
Experience managing Apple Silicon Macs
Interest in automation and scripting within JAMF
