Master’s degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred)
- Proven experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Academic Leader
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning and school administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to inspire students and staff toward continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school
- Develop and implement school policies, goals, and improvement plans
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation and academic performance
- Maintain discipline and promote a safe, inclusive school environment
- Build robust relationships with students, parents, staff, and stakeholders




- Oversee admissions, budgeting, and resource management
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and board guidelines
- Promote extracurricular, cultural, and character-building activities
