Role Overview

We are looking for a Surveillance & Operations Coordinator to manage and monitor operations in a Global Control Room environment. The role also involves executive travel coordination, requiring a high level of discretion, communication skills, and structured reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on operational requirements
- Be versatile with extended shifts when situations demand
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure continuous vigilance
- Log incidents and events accurately and on a regular basis
- Communicate clearly and confidently in fluent US English with internal and external stakeholders
- Generate daily, weekly, and incident-based reports:
- Analyze incidents and proactively recommend plans and improvements to enhance surveillance effectiveness

Travel & Coordination Responsibilities
- Provide executive travel coordination support for the CEO, including flight and hotel bookings, confirmations, and changes
- Maintain detailed logs of all travel coordination activities, including requests,



actions taken, dates, vendors, and changes
- Ensure all travel-related information is documented and stored securely as per company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in surveillance, control room operations, or security monitoring preferred
- Strong English communication skills (US English preferred):
- Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
- High level of attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality:
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
