Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team for ongoing
supervision and must be willing to relocate to project sites if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and laborers in office
- Monitor construction progress and report updates to the project manager
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
- Handle labor management and basic site logistics
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision
- Experience in high-rise construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project documentation
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ready to relocate and work at project sites as needed
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
