Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. (KAFL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) specializing in 3-wheeler vehicle finance. Incorporated in 1994, KAFL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atul Auto Limited (AAL), a leading three-wheeler manufacturer. Our corporate office is in Rajkot, Gujarat, and we operate through 100+ branches across 14 states with strong presence in Gujarat and Bihar. KAFL is registered with RBI since 1999 and functions as the captive finance arm of Atul Auto Ltd.
Position: Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for 3-wheeler vehicle finance through market visits and dealer coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers, customers, and channel partners.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation to customers.
- Collect and verify customer KYC documents.
- Ensure proper follow-up for file login, approval, disbursement, and after-sales service.
- Conduct field visits for prospecting and supporting customers during the loan process.
- Maintain MIS and daily reporting to the Branch Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in vehicle finance / NBFC / banking sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of loan and finance processes.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Salary: As per company norms (based on experience).Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
