Job Role Overview

The Medical Furniture & Equipment Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and managing relationships for hospital furniture, clinical equipment, and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and medical institutions.

They act as the link between the manufacturer/supplier and healthcare providers, ensuring the right products are delivered, installed, and supported.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
- Promote medical furniture (beds, trolleys, OT tables, cabinets, etc.) and equipment (monitors, diagnostic tools, devices).
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
- Develop new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement departments.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.




- Provide product demonstrations and presentations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Product Knowledge
- Maintain solid knowledge of medical equipment and furniture specifications.
- Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
- Train customers on basic usage of equipment where required.

Coordination & After-Sales Support
- Coordinate with logistics and installation teams for product delivery and setup.
- Ensure proper installation and commissioning.
- Follow up for payments and contract renewals.
- Assist in warranty and service coordination.

Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
