Role Overview

We are looking for a confident Content Creator with strong video presentation skills who can represent the Kallarackal brand on camera. The role involves creating engaging, high-energy video content for social media, presenting products, explaining offers, and connecting with customers through relatable storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who is camera-friendly, expressive, and understands how to hold audience attention in short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities
- Present products, offers, and collections on camera for Reels, Shorts, and Stories
- Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Act as a brand face for digital content when required
- Shoot and edit videos inside stores (products, launches, BTS, trends)
- Use trending audio, hooks, and formats to increase reach and engagement
- Write simple scripts, hooks, and CTAs for videos
- Coordinate with the marketing team on content planning and campaigns




- Track basic content performance and optimize future content

Requirements:
- Strong on-camera confidence and video presentation skills:
- Clear communication in Malayalam and English:
- Good understanding of social media video trends
- Basic to intermediate video shooting and editing skills
- Passion for fashion, jewellery, cosmetics, or retail brands
- Consistent, creative, and execution-focused mindset

Positive to Have
- Experience as a presenter, influencer, or retail content creator
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels growth strategies
- Ability to script and improvise naturally on camera

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
