Job Title: Multi Skilled TechnicianExperience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Maintenance)Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹21,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems
- Handle basic electrical works such as lighting, wiring, switches, and panels
- Carry out basic mechanical maintenance of pumps, motors, and equipment
- Attend plumbing and minor civil maintenance works as required
- Identify faults and rectify issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards
- Maintain daily maintenance records and checklists
- Coordinate with supervisors and other team members for smooth operations
- Attend emergency maintenance calls when required

Job Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Fitter / Relevant Trade
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-skilled maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing,



and general maintenance works
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
