Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and hygienic manner
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-arranged
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Assist in billing and payment collection when required
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter (preferred but not mandatory)
- Valuable communication skills
- Polite, well-groomed, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in shifts and handle rush hours
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service is an advantage
