Site Quality Control
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor construction activities such as civil, structural, and finishing works
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and client requirements
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants on quality issues

Inspection & Testing
- Prepare and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
- Perform material inspections and verify test reports
- Witness field and lab tests (concrete, steel, soil, etc.)
- Ensure proper calibration of testing equipment

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain quality records, reports, and checklists
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports
- Handle documentation such as:
- Method statements




- Material submittals
- Inspection requests (IRs)
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Ensure proper filing and traceability of documents

Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
- Identify quality issues and deviations
- Raise NCRs and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects

Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and project QA/QC procedures
- Support audits and quality reviews
