Role Overview
- Replacement position due to employee attrition.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience (5 years preferred).
- Support development quality activities across automotive projects.
- Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) standards.
- Conduct independent quality assurance reviews of processes, plans, and work products.
- Verify adherence to development processes and standards
- Support ISO, information security, and other quality audits.
- Requires an independent working style and ability to raise/escalate non-conformances when needed.
- Education: B.E./B. Tech/ Engineering background with automotive product lifecycle understanding is acceptable
Must Have
- Automotive domain experience.
- Quality assurance/process compliance experience.
- Software or System Engineering background.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global workplace.
- High integrity, ownership, and willingness to challenge process deviations.
Good to Have
- intacs Provisional Assessor (Automotive SPICE) certification.
- Prior experience in ASPICE assessments and audits
