Role Summary
Responsible for Document to Data review, maintaining workflow volumes to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).



Handles escalated loan-level issues and provides research assistance for complex matters to support client inquiries and cross-functional departments. Boarding newly acquired loans into the servicing system, verifying data tape accuracy, performing necessary follow-ups and capturing any missing data from the servicing side.

Communicate with Stakeholders to gather necessary details and provide updates.
Collaborate with the team to provide accurate data, track progress, and handle escalated loans. Quality Assurance and Data Analytics Team.

Job Requirements
Education
· Bachelor’s degree required

Relevant Experience
- Hold a Graduate (mandatory)
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience in BPL knowledge
- Must have loan processing experience

Technical Know-how/Tools used
- MSP experience is a plus.
- Experience with Sara tool is a plus

Behavioural Skills
- Should have very high level of attention to details.
- Should be able to find out process failure modes.
- Ability to learn and apply the learnings.
