- Iron garments according to the required temperature and ironing method.
- Check garments for wrinkles, stains, loose threads, and minor defects before packing.
- Handle garments carefully to avoid burns, marks, stains, or damage.
- Fold garments neatly according to the approved folding method.
- Pack garments as per size, colour, style, quantity, and customer requirements.
- Verify garment labels, tags, stickers, and packing materials.
- Maintain the required packing quantity and production target.
- Ensure the correct size and style are packed together.
- Separate defective garments and inform the Quality Checker or Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the ironing and packing area.
- Follow safety procedures while operating steam irons and other equipment.
- Use packing materials such as polybags, cartons, stickers, tapes, and tags properly.
- Support carton packing and sealing as instructed.
- Maintain proper production and packing records when required.
- Follow 5S, safety, quality, and company discipline requirements.
- Report machine, steam iron, or equipment problems to the supervisor immediately.
