About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams and drive technology strategy, architecture, innovation, and product development. The role involves overseeing front-end, back-end, QA, and integration teams while ensuring scalable, secure, reliable, and high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership
- Develop long-term technical goals and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.




- Oversee system design and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, compliance, and reliability.
- Drive high standards for code quality through regular reviews, best practices, and technical debt management.
- Manage the complete SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Drive the adoption of AI across engineering and business functions.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business/product owners, and development teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and Executives.
- Communicate project progress, technical risks, and complex ideas effectively.

People Management
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings to support growth opportunities and provide constructive feedback.
