About You
In this professional role, based in Pune, you’ll support managers and employees by coordinating HR requests and transactions across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Associate, you will help ensure requests are properly authorized, accurately documented, compliant, and progressed through the correct process.




You will work closely with HR Operations, specialist teams, and other functions to resolve cases from request to closure. Strong judgment, attention to detail, clear communication, confidentiality, and a customer service mindset are critical to success in this role.
Job responsibilities include:
- Execute HR and administrative system transactions on behalf of managers, ensuring required approvals and documentation are in place.
- Interpret manager and employee requests, identify the correct HR process, and route transactions or cases appropriately.
- Coordinate with specialist teams including Compensation, Perks, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Finance Operations, and IT to resolve requests.
- Review requests for completeness, consistency, and clarity, and proactively seek additional information before processing.
- Manage a high volume of HR cases and follow up with stakeholders until resolution.
