Job Description:

CodeVyasa is looking for an experienced QAD Developer who can translate business and user requirements into efficient technical solutions, preferably using non-intrusive programming techniques. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in QAD development and close collaboration with functional and technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project success by implementing, customizing, and maintaining QAD-related functionality using standard QAD practices or justified custom developments.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on non-intrusive programming.
- Work closely with functional leaders at the operational level to support business processes.
- Collaborate effectively with QAD teams and cross-functional technical teams.
- Lead, train, guide, and mentor junior team members and support their onboarding.
- Contribute to business process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality delivery, proper documentation, and smooth handover of projects to support teams.





Skills / Experience:
- 8–10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 8 years in QAD (Mfg/Pro) programming and development.
- Solid hands-on experience with non-intrusive programming (ICT).
- Experience with EDI, QXtend, Excelerator, QRF, Maintenance, Inquiry, and Browse modules.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, and guiding teams.
- Exposure to integration projects.
- Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Finance.
- Hands-on experience with QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE).
- Hands-on experience developing in QAD EE using tools like QRF.
- Good knowledge of QAD product configuration and setup to meet business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
