- Responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering small to medium-sized business and technology projects that support strategic business objectives.
- Apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Effectively manage stakeholder engagement, project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Job Functions:
Project Planning & Execution
- Partner with business stakeholders and project sponsors to identify, define, and initiate projects.
- Develop project charters, business cases, project schedules, work breakdown structures, and deployment plans.
- Establish project governance, communication, reporting, and escalation frameworks.




- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closure.
- Track project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with project sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to secure project approvals, resources, and ongoing support.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee meetings, workshops, and decision-making forums.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project status updates, key decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
- Build solid relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment on project priorities and outcomes
