Manager: People Operations

Job Summary:

The Manager – HR, Recruitment &
Learning & Development will be responsible for leading and managing
end-to-end Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development
functions across India and the Philippines. The role will ensure alignment of
people practice with business objectives while driving employee engagement,
talent growth, compliance, and workforce planning across both geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

● Manage and oversee
day-to-day HR operations for India and Philippines entities.

● Ensure compliance with
local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies in both
countries.

● Drive employee
engagement initiatives, retention programs, and culture-building activities.

● Support performance
management processes including goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and
development planning.

● Handle employee
relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

● Develop and implement HR
policies, procedures, and best practices across locations.





● Monitor employee
lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers,
promotions, and exits.

● Partner with leadership
teams on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

● Analyze HR metrics and
provide management reports and insights.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

● Lead end-to-end
recruitment activities for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions
across India and the Philippines.

● Develop recruitment
strategies to attract high-quality talent while optimizing hiring costs and
timelines.

● Manage recruitment
teams, external vendors, staffing partners, and job portals.

● Collaborate with
business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.

● Monitor recruitment KPIs
including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and quality of
hire.

initiatives to enhance talent attraction and candidate experi
