Job Description: E-commerce Manager - Western

experienced E-commerce Manager to drive our sales and brand presence across
major online marketplaces.
Job Summary
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management
of our online marketplaces sales channels, ensuring seamless operations,
maximizing visibility, and achieving sales targets across key platforms like Myntra,
Nykaa Fashion, Amazon, and Ajio. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic
mindset and strong operational execution in areas including product cataloging,
demand planning, order fulfillment, paid advertising, and returns management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Operations & Catalog Management
• Oversee the end-to-end process of product cataloging (including creation,
uploading,



and maintenance of listings) across all e-commerce marketplace
platforms (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Ajio).
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized with high
quality images, detailed descriptions, sizing charts, and relevant keywords to
maximize organic visibility and conversion.
• Monitor inventory levels on all platforms and coordinate with the internal
merchandising and warehousing teams to ensure stock availability.
2. Sales Planning & Forecasting
• Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans and promotional
calendars in alignment with marketplace events, brand initiatives, and
seasonal trends.
• Conduct demand forecasting and coordinate with the supply chain team for
timely procurement and inventory allocation to different platforms.
3. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management
• Manage the entire fulfillment process from order receipt to dispatch,
ensuring adherence to the Service Le
