The technical Administrator/Engineer is responsible of administrating business and core IT solutions:
- He/ she is responsible of the level of availability of IT resources through proactive follow-up of all IT resources, to prevent the risk of service failure or degraded response times
- He/ she diagnoses and corrects complex issues and problems escalated by incident level 2 teams
- He/ she defines and implements new processes and procedures in order to respect SLAs and high user experience.​
- He/ she contributes with technical architects to long term plans and roadmaps definition (infrastructure modernization and obsolescence).
- He/ she is responsible in the implementation of recent project in production by:
- participating in design development with architecture and business teams
- coordinating required steps to support th
