The Strategy Analyst in CEO Office will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and providing analytical insights to inform key decisions. This position requires a highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
1.Strategic Planning & Execution:
•Assist in the development and refinement of the company's overall strategic plan and objectives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
2.Project Monitoring:
•Monitoring of Key Ongoing projects across all functions to ensure execution of the CEO strategy
•Follow up on milestones
3.Data Analysis and Insights:
•Collect, Analyse, and interpret data to provide insights into business performance and trends.
•Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals.
•Prepare reports and presentations that communicate complex data-driven insights to senior leadership.
4.Stakeholder Engagement:
•Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to align strategic initiatives with the organization's goals.
•Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 years of experience in a Strategy, consulting, or analytical role (BFSI / Fintech space will be an added advantage)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics software.
