ESGind is seeking a highly experienced and driven SAP MDG Lead to spearhead our Master Data Governance initiatives. This critical role demands a deep understanding of SAP MDG processes, data modeling, and governance principles. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in implementing and managing MDG solutions, preferably within a large, complex organization. You will be responsible for leading a team, defining and enforcing data quality standards, and ensuring data integrity across various functional areas. This includes collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements, designing and implementing MDG workflows, and providing ongoing support and training. A strong background in data governance frameworks, data quality management, and change management is essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful MDG implementations and driving data quality improvements. Solid communication, leadership, and analytical skills are paramount. You will play a key role in optimizing our data management processes,



enabling better decision-making, and supporting our overall business strategy. A deep understanding of data integration and data migration processes is also highly desirable.
