Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Experience building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder networks, with a track record of navigating complex corporate structures to deliver against strategic plans.
- Knowledge of the online advertising/customer growth role and familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
- Ability to navigate highly ambiguous situations, solve complex technical or business problems, and scale solutions.
