Role Summary
- We are seeking an accomplished Vice President - Engineering to lead and scale our global engineering organization. The role will be responsible for defining engineering strategy, building world-class product engineering capabilities,



driving technology transformation initiatives, and delivering innovative healthcare technology solutions that accelerate Omega Healthcare’s growth agenda.
- The VP Engineering will partner closely with Product, Business, Operations, AI/ML, Data, and Customer Leadership teams to create scalable platforms, automation solutions, and enterprise-grade products that improve operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and business growth.
- This role requires a strategic technology leader with proven experience leading large engineering organizations, delivering complex products/platforms, driving digital transformation, and cultivating high-performing engineering teams.
