As a Tibco Senior Developer- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to enhance client operations. Within our Managed Services practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services that streamline operations, reduce costs,



and improve efficiency for our clients.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations.
