Role Overview

As a Frontend Support Engineer for OS and Workflow+,



you will provide production support for two React-based SPAs: the (Workflow+ platform — work requests, collaboration, scheduling, reporting, feedback) and the (Workspace OS — workspaces, boards, tasks, vendor management, data rooms, AI-assisted DDQ workflows). You will triage UI/UX issues, debug state management problems, monitor frontend performance, and ensure a seamless user experience across both applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Production support and incident management

§ Triage and resolve production UI issues across two React SPAs: (React 18, Vite 5, MUI + Ant Design + Tailwind 3) and (React 19, Vite 7, Tailwind 4, AG Grid, shared-ui-library)

§ Debug state management issues in Redux Toolkit stores with redux-persist, RTK Query API slices, and TanStack React Query caches

§ Investigate routing failures in react-router-dom (v6 and v7), including lazy-loaded route components and role-based route guards
