- Project Monitoring and Control for OPGW Project.
- Collecting Data from field and convert the same to information for management.
- Design of MIS and Dashboards based on Project Activities on ground.
- Coordination with various project teams to list down their concerns and look for resolutions.
- Management reporting in the form of excel sheets, Presentations during weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Reviews.
- To make schedule for partner governance and arrange meetings with stakeholders.
- GAP analysis and RCA of project output w.r.t. project deliverables and targets.
- Knowledge of PMO Tools and implementation to enhance efficiencies.
- Self-driven and analytical approach in completing project activities.
