About the Role
Artiviq is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media presence for the agency and its clients. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of social media platforms along with a good understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning. • Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. • Create and maintain monthly content calendars and coordinate with the creative/content team.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, video teams, and account managers to develop engaging content. • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, trends, and brand activations. • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour to identify growth opportunities. • Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and overall brand communication. • Coordinate with the performance marketing team to align organic social media activities with paid campaigns. • Track and analyse key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, leads, and conversions. • Prepare regular social media reports and performance insights for clients. • Suggest improvements based on analytics and campaign performance. • Participate in client meetings and present social media strategies, content plans, and performance reports. • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and commun
