What You Will
Own

1. Business
Analysis — Where Numbers Meet Narrative

At Duroflex,
analytics is never an end in itself. Every metric must trace a clear,
unambiguous line of

causality to a
business outcome.

• Build a
metrics architecture that prioritises leading indicators — the signals that
predict

outcomes — and
connects them explicitly to lagging indicators that reflect results.

• Ensure that >70%
of recurring data needs are structured, scheduled, and available

in real time with no compromise on accuracy. The
remaining 30% will always be ad hoc — you

will be expected to
handle that with the same rigour and speed.
